Report a token the site rejected, and you get the money back. Reports about correct tokens are optional; both go into the quality statistics of the solving pipeline.

ERROR_NO_SUCH_CAPCHA_ID — the task does not belong to your account or is not solved.

Refund rules#

  • Report within 24 hours after the task was solved. Later reports are recorded without a refund.
  • The refund is automatic while the share of refunded tasks of the key over the last 24 hours stays within 15% (the first 3 reports are always refunded). Above that the report goes to manual review.
  • A repeated report of the same task changes nothing.
  • Report a token only after the site has rejected it.
  • reportIncorrectImageCaptcha exists for compatibility and always answers ERROR_NO_SUCH_CAPCHA_ID.

The answer is success in all these cases; refunds show up in the balance history.
