Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email, password hash, language, time zone, Telegram ID if linked.
• Billing data: invoices, amounts, transaction hashes. We never receive card details.
• Technical data: IP addresses, user agent, request logs.
• Task data: task parameters and results.

2. Why we process it

To provide the Service, bill tasks, prevent fraud and abuse, keep accounts secure, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

3. Retention

• Solutions (tokens): 10 minutes.
• Task parameters: 90 days; proxy passwords are deleted right after solving.
• Logs: 30 days.
• Billing records: as long as required by law.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service — hosting, email delivery and payment providers — under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your personal data and object to processing. Write to https://neurocaptcha.com/en/app/support; we answer within 30 days.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with argon2id, API keys are stored as hashes, sensitive fields are encrypted, and access to production systems is logged.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies: the session, CSRF protection, and your language and theme preferences. No advertising cookies.
