Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the NeuroCaptcha website, dashboard and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or sending a request with an API key you accept these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Account and keys

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secret and for all requests made with them.

• One person or company may hold several accounts only with our consent.
• Enable two-factor authentication; we may require it for some actions.
• Notify us immediately if a key is compromised — you can revoke it in the dashboard.

3. The Service

The Service accepts recognition tasks through the API and returns results. Availability, success rate and speed are published on the status page. Except under a separate Enterprise SLA, the Service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability.

4. Prices and billing

Prices per task type are published on the pricing page and returned by the getPrices method. When a task is created its price is held on the balance; it is charged only when the task is successfully completed. Prices may change prospectively; tasks already created are billed at the price at creation.

5. Balance and top-ups

The balance is topped up in cryptocurrency through payment providers. Bonuses and promotional credits are not withdrawable. The remaining balance is not converted back to cryptocurrency except by decision of the operator.

6. Prohibited use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend keys or accounts used in violation of it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

8. Changes and contact
